If you are unable to log in due to a forgotten or invalid login ID and password, you can reset them by replacing the user access files from the sample company folder.
Please perform a data backup before proceeding with the steps below to prevent any data loss.
To Reset Login ID and Password – UBS Accounting
Check the accounting directory.
Go to This PC, Local Disc (C:).
Local disc (c:), UBSACC2015, Sample.
Copy all the files:
USER
user.dbf
USERPIN
userpin.dbf
At this PC, Local disk c:\UBSACC2015\
Paste all four files into the affected company.
To Reset Login ID and Password – UBS Payroll
Check the payroll directory.
Go to This PC, Local disk (C:).
Local disc (C:), UBSPAY90, Sample.
Copy all the files:
USER
user.dbf
USERPIN
userpin.dbf
At this PC, local disk C:\UBSPAY90\
Paste all four files into the affected company.
