Accounting Errors: 'Incorrect Password' during Year End Processing

Couldn't remember password when doing YEP

To resolve the issue effectively, follow these steps based on the affected module. The process involves locating and replacing specific files in the affected company folder to restore functionality. Ensure you have a backup of the database before proceeding.

Accounting Module:

  1. For the Accounting side, go to the local disk C:\UBSACC2015 and select the affected company folder.

  2. Filter the type by choosing 'Mem.file' and delete it.

  3. Replace the deleted 'mem.file' with the 'mem.file' from a backup of the same database.

Billing Module:

  1. If happen at billing side, go to local disk C:\UBSSTK2015 and select the affected company folder.

  2. Filter the type by choose 'Mem.file' and delete it.

  3. Replace the deleted 'mem.file' with the 'mem.file' from a backup of the same database.

Note: You may refer here to reset your database using the default password.
