To set up a company on your system, you must first decide whether to create it on a standalone/server PC or a client PC. This guide will walk you through the steps for both options. Simply follow the instructions based on the type of PC that you intend to use for the company.
Standalone/Server PC
Sign in to Access UBS Accounting & Billing.
Insert your username and password.
Select Sign In.
Select Create, fill in the company name.
Accounting and Inventory & Billing directory will be mapped automatically.
Click Next.
Client PC
Follow the steps 1 - 4 as above.
Mark to select the existing Accounting Data Folder (Main machine/server)
Select Next, new data.
Select Next.
Select Start and select OK to proceed.
Note: Please be informed that newly created company data will be empty unless you are using the existing database or a sample company.
