Payroll Errors: 'Invalid Username and password'

This error usually occurs when the company files in UBSPAY90 or SUBHRMS are corrupted. Follow the steps below to fix the issue. Start with Solution 1, and if it doesn’t work, continue with Solution 2.

Solution 1

  1. Go to This pc, Local disk (C:), and SUBSPAYEX.

  2. Cut the companyMerge, companyMerge.DBF, companyMerge.FPT.

  3. Paste at the desktop (create a folder).

  4. Log in to UBS.

  5. Create a new company and then edit the directory to the existing directory.

Solution 2

  1. Go to This pc, Local Disk (C:), and SUBSPAYEX and delete companyMerge, companyMerge.DBF, companyMerge.FPT.

  2. Go to This pc, Local Disk (C:) and UBSPAY90, and delete the company.dbf, company.cdx, company.fpt.

  3. Go to This pc, Local Disk (C:), and SUBSHRMS and delete the company.dbf, company.cdx, company.fpt.

  4. Log in to UBS.

  5. Create a new company and then edit the directory to the existing directory.
