The Leave Balance Adjustment feature allows users to manually increase or decrease an employee’s leave balance for a specific leave type. Adjustments can be made by entering the total number of adjustment days and providing a reason.
Go to eLeave.
Click Settings.
Select employee leave settings.
Open Leave summary.
Click edit for the employee and leave type.
Enter the total adjustment days(s) for the year.
Select the adjustment reason.
Click Save.
Important Notes:
Positive adjustment days will increase the leave balance.
Negative adjustment days will decrease the leave balance.
The system will only recognize the latest total adjustment days when calculating the leave balance.
Any updates to leave settings or balances will also be synced to the UBS Evo add-on feature-Express Leave.
