Payroll Processing: Amend the annual leave balance if it's incorrect

Annual Leave is not correct in the normal pay

EXAMPLE:
Staff AZLINA BINTI MOHD. SHA has work 1 year in the company, following are her Annual Leave information.

  • Annual Leave entitle = 10 days

  • Annual Leave brought forward = 2.5 days

  • Annual Leave Adjustment = + 0.5 day

  • Total of Annual Leave = 13 days

During December, she total has took 7.5 days of Annual Leave. As manual calculation she has balance of 5.5 days of Annual Leave, unfortunately in payslip it show -4.5 days for Annual Leave balance.

This was due to the staff's Current month's entitlement is not updated. Please follow the following steps to update the staff's current month Annual Leave entitlement:

The steps depend on whether you use the Modern View or the Classic View of Access UBS.


Classic View

  1. Go to Personnel.

  2. Select Update Leave / Fun Entitled.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Click on Generate button.

  5. Select Annual Leave Claimable radio button.

  6. Click on Generate button.

  7. After system complete generate, click on Exit button.

  8. Column AL Cla. will be update with the current month Annual Leave entitle.

Modern View

  1. Go to Employee.

  2. Select More action, Update, Leave / Fun Entitled, Update Leave / Fun Entitled.

  3. Click on Generate button.

  4. Select the Annual Leave Claimable radio button.

  5. Click on Generate button.

  6. After the system has completely generated, click on the Exit button.

  7. Column AL Cla. will be updated with the current month's Annual Leave entitle.
