Please note that this issue appears to be related to the Windows operating system, as the file in question may be either unregistered or missing from the appropriate directory. Follow the steps below:
In Windows’ search bar, enter “Command Prompt”, right click, and Run as Administrator.
In Command Prompt, input cd C:\Windows\System32.
Input REGSVR32 rasadhlp.dll.
