This error occurs due to an installation issue with Visual FoxPro. To resolve it, there are three possible solutions you can try, starting from the simplest to the most advanced. Follow the solutions below to fix the issue and restore access to your UBS system.
Solution 1: Installing VFP
Try to install VFP 8 SP 1 from: http://www.foxpert.com/download/runtime.html.
If this does not work, try VFP 9 SP1.
Solution 2: Run Windows update

If you are still unable to open Access UBS, you will need to format the pc again / Upgrade windows.
