There are two methods to verify this issue, depending on where UBS is installed: either on the C drive or another drive. The steps differ based on the installation location, so follow the appropriate method below.
UBS is installed in the C drive. Follow the steps below:
Go to C:\UBSSTK2015\Tools, rename vfp9t.dll to vfp9t.dll.old.
Go to C:\UBSSTK2015, copy vfp9t.dll, then go to C:\UBSSTK2015\Tools and paste.
Register DLL
In Windows’ search bar, enter “Command Prompt”, right-click, and Run as Administrator.
In Command Prompt, input cd C:\UBSSTK2015\Tools
Input REGSVR32 ubsaibeinvoice.dll
Go to Services, then restart "IAM.ClientService".
UBS is installed on another drive. Follow the steps below:
Go to C:\UBSSTK2015\Tools, rename vfp9t.dll to vfp9t.dll.old.
Go to C:\UBSSTK2015, copy vfp9t.dll, then go to C:\UBSSTK2015\Tools and paste.
Register DLL
In Windows’ search bar, enter “Command Prompt”, right-click, and Run as Administrator.
In Command Prompt, input D:
In Command Prompt, input cd D:\UBSSTK2015\Tools
Input REGSVR32 ubsaibeinvoice.dll
Go to Services then restart "IAM.ClientService".
Uninstall the UBS
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files and delete the access software folder
Download the installer from Access UBS Products Download and run it.
