To fix this issue:

  1. Please do a necessary backup before continuing with the next steps

  2. Go to Housekeeping.

  3. Run Data Recovery.

  4. Click OK, yes, OK.

  5. Go to Housekeeping.

  6. Run Upgrade Data Files.

  7. Click OK, yes, OK.
