eInvoicing: Unable to access the user-defined eInvoicing option

User defined eInvoicing is grey out

This issue occurs because the user has not been granted the necessary permissions. To fix this issue:

  1. Go to Administration, User Defined, User Defined Menu.

  2. Tick By User ID.

  3. Choose the User ID from the drop-down list.

  4. Click on no.7 Housekeeping.

  5. Tick Level 4.

  6. Tick User Defined eInvoicing.

  7. Click Exit.
