eInvoicing Troubleshooting: Excessive spacing in comment fields on eInvoice PDF with QR code

Comment fields display additional spacing in eInvoice PDF format with QR code

To fix this issue:

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Upgrade Data files, Advance Setting.

  2. Untick Use memo filed as comment, Ok.

  3. Open eInvoicing Dashboard, All documents.

  4. Look for the document, click the [3-dots button], and Regenerate PDF.
