Payroll Reports: The HRDF generated from system different with HRDF format

HRDF report does not include the allowance and deduction

This issue happened because the respective allowance & deduction have not been ticked for HRDF under the housekeeping.

To fix this issue:

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Tables Maintenance.

  2. Go to the Allowance Table or Deduction Table.

  3. For the respective Allowance or Deduction, tick the HRD.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Go to 2nd Half Payroll.

  6. Click Process Pay.
