Setting up fixed allowance in the 2nd half payroll

To set up Fixed Allowance to appear in the 2nd Half payroll:

Allowance that is set as a Fixed allowance will appear both in the 1st and 2nd Half payroll.
However, the user requested to make the fixed allowance appear in the 2nd Half payroll and in the 1st Half payroll to be blank (not added).

  1. Housekeeping, Setup, Table Maintenance, Allowance Table.

  2. Description: Off – Petrol

    1. Type: F (for Fixed Allowance)

    2. Formula for type F and V: IIF(HALF=‘2’, AW,0)

    3. Click the button OK after the setup.

  3. Payments, 1st Half Payroll, Process Pay.

  4. Payments, 2nd Half Payroll, Process Pay.
