Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Set up director's fee

Director Fee Setup and Processing (How to Key In, Set as Fixed, and Process Director Fees)

Below are the steps for both Director's tax and EPF setup:

To set Director Fee: (Tax)

  1. Go to Personnel, Add/Update employee, Allow/ Deduction

  2. At the director’s fee setting, you chose fixed or non-fixed, click Save

  3. (Classic View) Add director fee from 2nd Half Payroll, Normal Pay, Director Fee. Process Pay.

  4. (Modern View) Add director fee from Payroll, Actions, Edit Normal Pay, Allowance, Director Fee. Process Pay.

  5. Once you have processed the pay, go to View Pay Slip to check the PCB amount.

To set Director Fee: (EPF & statutory)

  1. Go to Settings, Payroll Tables Maintenance Settings, Payment Table.

  2. Please check / un-check EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRD here.]

Notes:

  • If the director fee is set as fixed, it will be deemed as ordinary wages in PCB calculation

  • If the director fee is set as non-fixes; it will be deemed as non-fixed income in PCB calculation
