Accounting Errors: 'You have reached the limit of maximum concurrent users for license'

This error will only appear when a mobile license has been checked out. If a mobile license has been checked out, check it back in or restart the license service to resolve the issue. To check in the mobile license:

  1. Go to Admin, Administrative Settings, License Management, Manage License.

  2. Select I would like to check in mobile license.

  3. Click Next.

  4. A box will pop out to select the checked-out license.

  5. Select the mobile license.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Restart the license service.

  9. If you have recently added a user to your license, reactivate it to apply the changes.
