Accounting Errors: '504 GETAWAY PROBLEM WHEN INSTALL MOBILE KEY'

Unable to install mobile license

You have to fix this issue at your main PC/ server:

  1. OR Go to Windows, Run, and key in C:\ProgramData\Sage (If you can't find the folder, please go to View and tick the Hidden Items box).

  2. Cut the NEST.phx file and paste in the Desktop

  3. Then go to Services, Access UBS License Services, and right-click to choose to restart.

  4. Relaunch the UBS application and activate it again.

  5. Once the license is activated, please check out the mobile license and install it on a mobile PC.

Since your system is on the old version, you might encounter a "No Internet Connection Issue" when activating the license. Thus, please send your new NEST.phx file (Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage) to us via email, for offline activation.
