Verify the Email Address
Ensure the email address is spelled correctly
Confirm it follows the correct format (e.g., [email protected])
Check that the domain name is valid
Note: If the email address is incorrect, Outlook will prompt an error message.
Run Applications as Administrator
If the issue persists, try running both Payroll and Outlook with administrator privileges:
Locate the Access UBS Payroll icon on your desktop.
Right-click the icon and select Run as Administrator.
Open the Windows Start menu and search for Microsoft Outlook.
Right-click Microsoft Outlook and select Run as Administrator.
