If you're using the New Outlook interface, please be cautious when sending pay slips. This updated version combines features from Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 apps, making it more integrated than before. However, this integration can cause attachment issues β€” UBS may not be able to read or process files correctly.

Note: The New Outlook client is currently not compatible with UBS due to conflicts with other Office applications. To ensure proper connection and smooth sending of pay slips, please use Microsoft Outlook (Classic) instead.

Now follow the instructions below:

  1. Search for Microsoft Outlook in the Windows Start menu.

  2. Right-click Microsoft Outlook and select Run as Administrator.

  3. Look for the Access UBS Payroll Icon on the desktop, Right-click, and select Run as Administrator.

  4. Send Email.
