Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Mismatch between E-Payslip sender and UBS email setup

How to ensure the sender of epayslip is the same as the UBS setup:

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Parameter Setup.

  2. Set up the email at Payroll Manager.

  3. Open MS Outlook and Run as administrator.

  4. Go to File, Info, and Account Information.

  5. Ensure that the email admin in Outlook is the same as the email setup.

  6. This is because the epayslip is only generated from Microsoft Outlook.
