This patch disables the auto-scaling feature for customers using UBS Payroll on large monitors (e.g. 4K). Before you begin:
Ensure UBS Payroll is not running.
Backup your UBS Payroll data.
This patch is only for UBS Payroll v2025.5 and only for customers with big monitors.
Follow the patch installation steps below:
Download the patch file: 9925.5_patch.zip
Extract the contents of
9925.5_patch.zipCopy the files to the correct folders:
From the extracted folder:
Copy and paste SUBSPAYEX, phl.exe to the C:\SUBSPAYEX folder
Copy and paste UBSPAY90, wpay.exe to the C:\UBSPAY90 folder.
Run UBS Payroll as usual and sign in.
