The steps to follow depend on whether you use Modern View or Classic View of Access UBS.
Classic View
How to generate the LHDN Audit report in Classic View:
Go to Miscellaneous, External Application
Select A104. LHDN Audit File and Click Run
Select the Current/Previous Year accordingly and click Select
Please fill in the details and mark the .txt file that you need to generate
Click OK
Modern View
How to generate the LHDN Audit Report in Modern View:
Go to Integration, Others, and choose External Applications
Select A104. LHDN Audit File and Click Run
Select the Current/Previous Year accordingly and click Select
Please fill in the details and mark the .txt file that you need to generate
Click OK
Note: EPF deductions are reflected as "NO" in the payroll chart of account, indicating that the payroll file will not include EPF deductions.
