Payroll Reports: Set up of HRDF levy

Generate the figures in HRDF deduction.

HRDF is calculated based on basic pay, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Its setup is determined by management. There is no 12-month report for HRDF. The steps to follow depend on whether you use the Modern View or Classic View of Access UBS.

Classic View

These are the steps to set up HRDF deductions in Classic View:

  1. Go to Personal, Add/ Update Employee, select Settings, select Yes under HRDF Setting.

  2. To generate the report, you may go to the Government, select 7. Human Resources Development Fund, from here you can see 3 options to select, you can view any of the reports.


Modern View

These are the steps to set up HRDF deductions in Modern View:

  1. Go to employees, select the employees (double click), and choose the setting icon.

  2. Under the HRDF Setting, click the drop-down button and choose Yes for HRDF.

  3. To generate the report, you may go to Reports, select Human Resources Development Fund, and click Generate to generate the report.
