Kindly try the steps below:
Browse the following folder: C:\UBSACC2015\Sample – copy the files: user, user.dbf, userpin.cdx, and userpin.dbf, and paste it under the current database folder.
Then go into the UBS system.
Then go to housekeeping, Upgrade data files.
Housekeeping again, File Organization.
If the error appears after your PC goes to sleep, right-click the UBS icon and select Run as administrator.
