This issue happens because the MEM file is corrupted. To rectify this issue:
Go to UBSACC2015/database folder.
Delete the MEM file.
Login to UBS.
Run Upgrade Data Files.
Go to Housekeeping, General Setup.
Re-key in the Company details.
