To rectify this error message:
Close UBS Application.
Go to C:\UBSACC2015.
Select the file type to DBF and CDX.
Only keep the files from the screenshot for DBF and CDX and delete the rest of DBF and CDX.
5. Then Go to C:\UBSSTK2015.
6. Select the file type to DBF and CDX.
7. Only keep the files from the screenshot for DBF and CDX, and delete the rest DBF and CDX
If the issue is repeating, please check the details below:
Make sure that UBSACC2015 and UBSSTK2015 don't have duplicate database folders.
Make sure the Main PC/Server and User PC/Client don't have the same folder name in UBSACC2015 and UBSSTK2015.
Make sure that in the company database folder, don't are no duplicate folders duplicated again.
Please raise a new case online if the error message still exists.
