To log in to Access UBS when access is denied:
Go to C:\ProgramData, Microsoft, Crypto, RSA. (If you cannot see Program Data, see note below.)
In RSA, look for MachineKeys.
Right-click on the MachineKeys folder and choose Properties.
In Properties, click Security and then click Edit.
On the Permission for Machinekeys screen, click Add.
In select users, computers, service accounts, or groups, type Everyone in the Enter the object names to select.
Click Check name and then click OK.
Tick the check box to give full control and then click Apply.
