eInvoicing Errors: 'Report file XXXXX is invalid when print or preview

Report file einvoice_cn.frt is invalid when print or preview

If you are experiencing issues with the CN report, it may be due to be corrupted report format or a customized report path overwrite the default settings.

Below steps will help you tp reset the CN report to resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure all users have exited the UBS system.

  2. Close the UBS application completely.

  3. Navigate to the following directory:

    C:\UBSSSTK2015

  4. Open the relevant company folder (e.g., kenso_metal_sdn_bhd).

  5. Locate the following files:

    • einvoice_cn.frt

    • einvoice_cn.frx

  6. Cut and paste these files into a separate folder outside of the company folder to create a backup.
