If you are experiencing issues with the CN report, it may be due to be corrupted report format or a customized report path overwrite the default settings.
Below steps will help you tp reset the CN report to resolve the issue:
Ensure all users have exited the UBS system.
Close the UBS application completely.
Navigate to the following directory:
C:\UBSSSTK2015
Open the relevant company folder (e.g., kenso_metal_sdn_bhd).
Locate the following files:
einvoice_cn.frt
einvoice_cn.frx
Cut and paste these files into a separate folder outside of the company folder to create a backup.
