eInvoicing Errors: 'Invalid JSON format'

Unable to submit the eInvoicing

Before transmitting the invoice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Run a full system backup.

  2. Navigate to C:\UBSSTK2015[Your Company Database Folder].

  3. Filter and locate all .MEM files.

  4. Delete all the .MEM files.

  5. Log in to UBS again.

  6. Re-enter your company configuration details, including TIN and BRN.

  7. Proceed to transmit the invoice.
