To solve this problem, please follow the instructions below:
Open UBS in Modern View, Search from Customer & Sales, transaction file maintenance, and select any transaction.
Preview and note down the report name like for example: GL#031#H, and exit preview.
Select Setting and look for the report location and open the format GL#031#H.
In the Report Designer, select the pull-down menu Report and Untick Printer environment.
Click Save and Exit the transaction.
Open again from search Customer & Sales, transaction file maintenance and select any transaction,
Click print.
Select Printer to any other printer, do not choose Microsoft Print to PDF.
Now cancel.
Click on Print again and preview and print.
