eInvoicing Errors: 'System.IO.FileLoadException. Could not load file or assembly....'

IAM is greyed out or unable to connect. Error message appears in IAMClientService Log.

The issue happens when an older IAM version is installed together with the latest UBS version. To fix this, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Task Manager, Services.

  2. Look for IAMClientService and stop the service.

  3. Uninstall UBS.

  4. Rename/ delete the folder: C:\Program Files (x86) \Common Files\ Access Software folder.

  5. Install the UBS latest version.
