To remove the error and log in to the system, please try this:
Uninstall UBS.
Download the latest version of UBS from: Access UBS Products Download (accessacloud.com)
Please ensure that the computer meets our installation requirements: Requirements.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86) \Common Files\, search for the Sage Software folder, and rename this folder to 'Sage Software_OLD' or delete it.
Install UBS from the downloaded file.
Log in to UBS.
