Accounting Errors: 'OLE error code 0x8013101b: Unknown COM status code.'

Information on login issues in Access UBS after updating to version 2023.0 PU1, including connection errors and OLE error code 0x80131040.

To remove the error and log in to the system, please try this:

  1. Uninstall UBS.

  2. Download the latest version of UBS from: Access UBS Products Download (accessacloud.com)

  3. Please ensure that the computer meets our installation requirements: Requirements.

  4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86) \Common Files\, search for the Sage Software folder, and rename this folder to 'Sage Software_OLD' or delete it.

  5. Install UBS from the downloaded file.

  6. Log in to UBS.
