This error happened due to the payroll folder was corrupted. To solve this issue:

Remove / Rename folder <b>SUBSPAYEX, SUBSHRMS, UBSPAY90</b>.

1. Uninstall Payroll.
2. Remove / Rename folder <b>SUBSPAYEX, SUBSHRMS, UBSPAY90</b>.
3. Reinstall Payroll.

Payroll Errors: 'Function argument value, type, or count is invalid'
