Accounting Errors: 'Index does not match the table. Delete the index file and re-create the index. (114)'

Unable to open the system

To fix this issue, there are a few options:

Option 1 - If the error persists when opening the database (company)

  1. Create a new company.

  2. Restore the latest backup.

Option 2 - If the error persists when logging in UBS system

  1. Do a fresh installation.

  2. Make sure to do a backup and copy all three 3 folders to another drive.

UBS ACCOUNTING

  • UBSPAY90

  • SUBSHRMS

  • SUBSPAYEX

  • UBSACC2015

  • UBSSTK2015

  • UBSCPL

3. Uninstall the current version of UBS.

4. Remove the 3 folders from the C drive (Ensure already copied these folders elsewhere).

5. Install the UBS System (download.my.accessacloud.com).

6. All the company listings will be gone and need to be restored.
