To fix this issue, there are a few options:
Option 1 - If the error persists when opening the database (company)
Create a new company.
Restore the latest backup.

Option 2 - If the error persists when logging in UBS system
Do a fresh installation.
Make sure to do a backup and copy all three 3 folders to another drive.

3. Uninstall the current version of UBS.
4. Remove the 3 folders from the C drive (Ensure already copied these folders elsewhere).
5. Install the UBS System (download.my.accessacloud.com).
6. All the company listings will be gone and need to be restored.
