If your pay slip shows the wrong company name, it's likely due to a custom format from an old version. Resetting to the default format will fix the issue. Follow the steps below:
Go to the payroll folder in the location C;\UBSPAY90\.
Look for the format prpst.frx and prpst.frt and remove them.
Alternatively, the format might be saved in the data folder: e.g., C\Access software sdn bhd\.
Once this is done, open Payroll and generate the pay slip.
