In case the Basic Pay of an employee shows higher in EPF Borang A:
Go to Government, EPF Report, EPF Contribution Wages Report.
Click OK.
Check if the affected employee if they have a bonus.
If yes.
Go to Payments, Bonus, Add/Modify, Add/ Modify Bonus by Amount.
Remove the bonus, Save.
Process the Bonus.
Process Pay.
