eInvoicing: QR code unscannable after regeneration

QR code fails to scan when regenerated

If the QR code cannot be scanned after regeneration, follow these steps:

  1. Note that the QR code regeneration can only be done from the same PC used for the original transmission.

  2. Create a Credit Note (CN) to cancel the existing invoice.

  3. Transmit a new bill to generate a fresh, scannable QR code.
