The error occurs because the QR code URL request and eInvoice data are tied to the computer that transmitted the eInvoice. This design ensures sensitive information remains protected and accessible only by the original computer and owner.
Similarly, updating the status of invoices (e.g., from "submitted" to "validated") is restricted to the transmitting computer. Regenerating PDFs and updating statuses cannot be performed on a different computer, even if backup data is restored, to maintain security.
To solve this issue:
Return to the original computer used to transmit the invoice and regenerate the PDF from that device.
We are exploring ways to improve this process, either by blocking such actions on unauthorized devices or making the system less restrictive where appropriate.
