Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Working hour table update

Information on updating working hours and days in Access UBS to comply with government changes, including adjusting from 48 to 45 hours per week and 8 to 7.5 hours per day.

In Access UBS Payroll version 2023.1, the working hour table has been updated from 2496 to 2340 hours. To change the working hours:

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Table Maintenance, Working Hour Table, Ok.

  2. At the monthly rated Hours per day, change the hours from 8 to 7.5 hours.

  3. At the Hourly Rated, Hours per Day, change from 8 to 7.5

  4. Click OK.

  5. Hours per year have to be calculated manually by the customer.
