The issue occurs due to corruption in the UbsSysi.dbf file, which can disrupt system functionality. To resolve this, there are two workaround options available. You can try each option and proceed with the one that works best on your PC.
Workaround option one
Copy the FoxCmd.exe into the C:\UBSCPL folder.
Run FoxCmd.exe.
Type the command “use ubssysi” and press Enter.
Type “browse” + Enter. You will notice that there is no value for the related columns.
Type “append blank” and press Enter.
Close the FoxCmd.exe.
Save the license server IP address in Access UBS 2015, Control Panel, Settings, Inventory & Billing Settings.
Workaround option two
Close all of the Access products.
The file located in C:\SUBSPAYEX\ has been corrupted. Please look for UBSSYS.DBF and delete it.
Run Access UBS 2015. This creates a new “UbsSysi.dbf” file in the “C:\UBSCPL” folder.
Save the license server IP address in Access UBS 2015, Control Panel, Settings, Inventory & Billing Settings.
