To resolve the license service startup error, follow these steps:
Uninstall the UBS software.
Go to C: drive on your computer and click Program Files(x86)\CommonFiles.
Remove or rename the Sage Software folder.
Stop all Access services in Services.
Install the latest version of UBS.
Note: If turning off the Antivirus and running the steps above still fails, uninstall the Antivirus program.
