This issue occurs because you may have upgraded UBS from very old version, resulting in the userpin and einpin failing to update to the latest version. To fix this issue:
Create a new database.
Create the user ID and password from the new database.
Copy user.dbf, user.cdx, userpin.dbf, userpin.cdx, einvpin.dbf & einvpin.cdx.
Paste and replace these files into the customer live data.
