eInvoicing Error: 'Access Denied' on eInvoice functions

Not able to click anything on the eInvoicing functions.

This issue occurs because you may have upgraded UBS from very old version, resulting in the userpin and einpin failing to update to the latest version. To fix this issue:

  1. Create a new database.

  2. Create the user ID and password from the new database.

  3. Copy user.dbf, user.cdx, userpin.dbf, userpin.cdx, einvpin.dbf & einvpin.cdx.

  4. Paste and replace these files into the customer live data.
