Accounting Transactions: Enable item comment after import invoice

Cannot view the item comment after the invoice is imported from another directory Lines in the comment function are missing

Inventory & Billing will not keep the item comment in ictran table if you untick Use Memo Field as Comment.

To enable lines to appear in the comment function.

  1. Access to Housekeeping, Upgrade Data Files.

  2. At Upgrade Data File, tick Advanced Setting, un-tick Use Memo Field as Comment.

  3. Click on OK.


To enable item comment:

  1. Access to Housekeeping, Upgrade Data Files.

  2. At Upgrade Data File, tick Advance Setting, tick Use Memo Field as Comment

  3. Click on OK.

  4. Redo the Export & Import process.
