Payroll Processing: EPF Calculation is not correct in Bonus

EPF Calculation issue in Bonus EPF rate in Bonus is wrong

To solve this issue:

  1. Go to Payments, Bonus, Add/Modify, Add/Modify Bonus by Amount.

  2. Delete the Bonus amount.

  3. Go to Payments, Bonus, Process Bonus as zero.

  4. Go to Payments, 2nd Half Payroll, and then Process Pay.

  5. Check the EPF amount is correct.

  6. Key in and Process Bonus.

Note: The total EPF rate of Bonus and Salary is according to KWSP Jadual Ketiga.
