To check the calculation method, you need to first set up the EPF table and then select the table from the employee's record.
Set up the EPF table
Click Settings and go to Payroll Settings.
In Payroll Settings, select Statutory / Tax Tables Maintenance Setting.
Click EPF Table.
11.00 % employee and 12% employer, Select Cal. Method 'TA'. Look it up from this table. to follow the KWSP Jadual Ketiga.
(Alternative) Select Cal. Method 'CA' to follow the percentage calculation.
Do not select Use table value for employer EPF calculation.
Note: System will automatically look up KWSP Jadual Ketiga when set up as above with TA 11% and 12% on any table in EPF table setup.
Set up the Employee EPF table
Click Employees.
Go to Actions, then click Edit Employees.
Select Statutory Info and look for EPF info.
In the EPF info, select the Table accordingly.
