This error is because the backup file is in a Zip file format.
You will need to extract the folder first to restore the backup to the company folder.
Copy the backup file
Paste it into a new folder.
Rename the backup file as Backup. Acc. Zip
Right-click on the folder and extract the file.
Once the file is extracted, restore the backup to the folder.
Note: If it is not a zip file and has an error, it means that the backup is already corrupted and can no longer be used. Thus, you will need to use another backup instead.
