Accounting Setup & Maintenance: Upgrade system when the server and user PCs are on different versions.

Before starting, make sure to back up your data and ensure that the main server computer is updated to the latest version before upgrading the user PCs.

Upgrade the Main server PC

  1. Uninstall the version. Go to Control Panel, click Programs and Features, and uninstall the old version.

  2. Go to Local Disk C:// and copy UBSACC2015, UBSSTK20115 and UBSCPL into an external drive, if needed.

  3. Install the latest version of Access UBS from https://download.my.accessacloud.com/

Upgrade the User PC

  1. Uninstall the version. Go to Control Panel, click Programs and Features, and uninstall the old version.

  2. Install the latest version of Access UBS from https://download.my.accessacloud.com/
    Note: Make sure the version is the same as the main server PC.
