To solve this issue:
Log in to the system.
Click on the gear icon on the affected company.
Take note of the directory for both Accounting and Inventory & Billing.
Click Exit.
Delete the company by clicking on the bin icon.
Create a new company with a different name from the previous company database.
Example:
Previous company name: ABC SDN BHD
Create a new company with a new name: ABC SB
Once created, click on the gear icon to change the directory to the previously deleted company database folder.
