Export is only needed when there are approved leaves in Express Leave or based on your preferred schedule. Once imported into UBS Payroll, leave balances will update automatically. Remember to upload any leave updates from UBS Payroll back to Express Leave. To export data from Express Leave, then import it to UBS:
Export unprocessed leave requests to a csv file for UBS Payroll.
Import approved leave requests from Express Leave via eLeave, Import/Export, Import feature.
The imported approved leave requests will be listed on the eLeave dashboard.
Leave balances will be updated once the approved leave requests have been imported successfully to UBS Payroll.
