Payroll Reports: Report not showing employee with EIS contribution

Information on updating worker records for inclusion in EIS reports and resolving discrepancies such as mismatched amounts, missing employees, or differences between EIS Lampiran 1, management reports, and payroll updates.

This happens due to no Category set for some employees.
To resolve this issue when a worker with an EIS amount is missing in Lampiran1 EIS, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Personnel, Add/Update Employees.

  2. Go to the Govern tab.

  3. Key in the category for EIS, by default, it should be 1.

  4. Save.

  5. Regenerate the EIS Lampiran 1 again.

Note: Do this for all employees that were missing in the report.
